The restaurant Onda Blu was born in 2001: a small stand on the beach, located on the shore a few kilometers away from Cesenatico, became a prestigious location dedicated to the flavors of the sea.
The place is open all year round and, in the summer, you can dine on a terrace that offers a stunning view.

The cuisine of Onda Blu is strictly based on fish that is caught in the Adriatic sea and changes based on what’s available on the market.
This means our catch of the day is always extremely fresh: this is essential for the crudités, very appreciated by our clients, which can vary daily and based on seasonality. The same happens for all of our starters, first and second courses.
During the fishing ban, which usually takes place in August, we buy our fish from the Tyrrhenian and Lower Adriatic markets.
